Biochar is a sustainable soil additive that result in strong crop yields - and better outcomes for the environment.
Supercharge your soil with biochar, a carbon additive used for good crop health. Biochar is rich in carbon, it’s stable and solid and endures in soils for years, resulting in better crop yields and a reduced reliance on fertilisers.
Biochar has the potential to help climate change and increase soil fertility of acidic soils (low PH soils). It grabs hold of water-soluble nutrients in the soil, so they don’t go down the drain and into our waterways.
This product will give protection against some soil-borne and foliar diseases. Biochar is a natural habitat for many beneficial soil microorganisms, resulting in reduced irrigation and fertiliser usage.
Biochar can be used in soil conditioning mixes and in biochar filter ponds.
